jw marriott harbin exceeded our expectations! personalized service, modern rooms, great executive lounge, and beautiful views. the sauna and pool were a bonus after a freezing day. loved the food and helpful staff. good value for money!

Something was off with the room cleanliness.

The breakfast buffet had a good variety and the staff was friendly. The gym and pool were also nice amenities. The location was convenient, with easy access to taxis for getting around.

The rooms were not as clean as expected, with a musty odor and stains on the carpet. The temperature in the room was difficult to regulate and it was either too hot or too cold.

The rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with beautiful bathrooms and great views from higher floors. The hotel facilities were also fantastic, with an excellent breakfast that had a good spread, and delicious cakes and coffee in the lobby lounge. The staff were helpful, especially Gina, who gave us great insights about the local area and organized a bigger breakfast for us. We also appreciated the convenience of executive level check-in and check-out. Lastly, the location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants and attractions in the city.

We stayed at a hotel during our Easter break and enjoyed the free shuttle service offered by the hotel to the tourist attractions nearby. the staff were friendly and always willing to help us when we had issues with our room key. the hotel room was also spacious and clean.

We could hear people talking in the hallway and doors slamming at all hours of the day and night.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Shuttle bus service was convenient. Good breakfast, except for dry rolls. Excellent facilities and immaculate condition. Special arrangements made for partner's birthday celebration. Close to Tiger Park and Ice Festival. Late check-out and taxi access were easy. Great spa and large pool.

The hotel is situated in a convenient location near restaurants and attractions in the city centre. the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and good bathroom amenities. the breakfast has a good selection of fruits and excellent pastry, and the hotel also offers a complimentary fruit delivery upon arrival.

The service quality from reception staff could be improved.

This hotel is a luxurious haven offering exclusive amenities such as a full-service spa, indoor pool, and sauna. the restaurant serves delicious meals and the bar/lounge area is perfect for relaxing conversations. the bed and breakfast option is a great value for money.

The only minor issue is the location, which is quite far from attractions and may require a taxi to get around. the excellent service more than makes up for this and the convenient transfer from the airport is a plus.

The hotel offered a complimentary shuttle service to the city center, which was really convenient. the staff at the SPA/Swimming pool/gym area were very professional and friendly, providing excellent service and making our visit enjoyable. the hotel was relatively new and everything was clean and tidy.

The hotel was located a bit far from the city center, but since we had rented a car, it didn't pose a real problem for us. for those without transportation, it might be inconvenient.
